I’d like to thank everyone involved with our new fireplace we absolutely love it. Salesperson was great and very informative, dealing with you was a pleasure and of course the gentleman who installed the unit was a first-class professional. On time, quick, clean and no-nonsense work ethic. He took the time to go over all the features with me and had no issues answering all my questions even during his install.
