Our Service call price list:
  • $129.00 for the first half hour on site, for the first fireplace.
  • $89.00 for the first half hour on site, for each additional fireplace.
  • Hourly rate $129.00 per hour.
  • Parts extra, and quoted by make and model. 
  Service Check List:
  • Overall inspection of unit
  • Inspect and adjust glass and seal
  • Inspect firebox for signs of corrosion, cracking and integrity
  • Inspect burner
  • Inspect vent and termination
  • Clean pilot assembly
  • Clean main burner assembly
  • Clean main burner assembly
  • Clean firebox and glass
  • Vacuum unit
  • Set and adjust primary air, pilot light and manifold gas pressure
 
  • Check electrical connections
  • Clean and adjust fan and controls
  • Leak test all gas fittings
  • Reconstruct ember bed
  • Check log positioning
  • Check 100% safety shut-off mechanism
  • Check integrity of venting and firebox system
  • Check flame and burn characteristics
  • Check flame control, thermostat, and switch circuit
  • Operational test once service complete
SERVICE REQUEST
Gas fireplace service $129 +HST for the first fireplace (up to 30 minutes) and $89 +HST for each additional fireplace.

Gas furnace service $225 +HST (up to one hour)
